LeadLog is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that provides lead capture and management services for trade shows, conferences, and networking events. The Service includes:
- Voice recording with AI-powered transcription and data extraction
- Business card scanning with OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
- Manual lead entry and management
- Team workspace collaboration
- Lead export to Excel format
- QR code digital business card generation
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information provided
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
Free Tier
LeadLog offers a free tier allowing capture of up to 5 leads with full functionality.
Pro Subscription
The Pro subscription costs €9.99 per month and provides unlimited lead captures and all features.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may suspend access for non-payment
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your leads remain accessible in read-only mode
- You may resubscribe at any time to restore full access
5. Data Handling and Retention
Your Data
You retain ownership of all lead data you capture using the Service. We process this data on your behalf to provide the Service.
Data Retention
After cancellation, your data is retained for a minimum of 3 months before potential deletion. During this period, you can:
- View and export your leads
- Resubscribe to restore full editing access
Data Export
You may export your data in Excel format at any time through the Service.
6. AI and Automated Processing
Voice Transcription
The Service uses AI (OpenAI Whisper) to transcribe voice recordings and extract contact information.
Business Card OCR
The Service uses AI (OpenAI GPT-4 Vision) to extract text and contact details from business card images.
Important Disclaimer
AI-generated or extracted data may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect. You are responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-extracted data before saving
- Verifying the accuracy of contact information
- Correcting any errors in extracted data
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-processed information.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Capture or store data without appropriate consent
- Violate any applicable data protection laws (including GDPR)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
8. Team Workspaces
When using team features:
- The workspace owner is responsible for managing team access
- All team members can view and edit leads within the workspace
- The workspace owner may remove team members at any time
- Leads captured by team members belong to the workspace
9. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by GBA Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the lead data and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-processed data
- Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation
We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from using the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Lead data you capture or process using the Service
13. GDPR Compliance
Data Processing Agreement
When you use the Service, we act as a Data Processor under GDPR Article 28. By using the Service, you agree to the following terms:
- We process lead data only according to your instructions
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- We assist you in responding to data subject requests
- We delete or return data upon termination of the Service
Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors:
- Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication)
- OpenAI (AI processing for voice and image analysis)
- Stripe (payment processing)
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
